For sure a sexier version of Barolo. Heavier weight and grippier tannin. The dark fruit and cocoa powder is prominent. I like it. But it would get old after a while

Nice way to end the night. I️ do enjoy older Barolo. More complex with floral notes , fruit ... I sound like wine DB. Great wine from a great producer. Not the best example but we are splitting hairs here. You get the chance. You drink I️t! Long live Voerzio!

Thanks to @Rudy Ruano for the nod on Voerzio. This one is such a polished version of Barolo. The age takes some of the edge off the acidity but no doubt this could drink well for another 20-25 yrs.
