2014v. 100% pigato. Pours a pale straw yellow. Yellow apple and unripe peach on the nose with some some faint orange peel or orange blossom. On the palette, the taste is honestly like when you add a little too much water to a can of apple juice concentrate. Rounded acidity, with a little waxiness and even salinity. From what I read, Riveria Ligure do Ponente is a higher elevation area, which would explain the restrained fruit coming out of the wine. 12.5% ABV.
