50% Insolia and 5o% Grecanico amphora fermented white grapes using varying degrees of skin contact. Utterly beguiling wine with Sauternes-like color, not oxidized but has stone fruit quality with a slightly waxy note with a long finish. Think aged Marsanne but yet not.
