Ayres Vineyard
Willamette Valley Pinot Noir
Medium garnet/purple with a much lighter edge. Nose to hat strong & fresh- clear red & darker fruit with some earth backing. On the lighter side- smooth with that red fruit forward taste and little tannins but clear acidity on the finish. Can definitely do with poultry and some seafoods. Nice-

Oct 5th, 2018A real Oregon Pinot Noir, good substance and astringency. Bit too clean and the aroma can be more intense and nuanced., bit heavy and sweet-fruited, but it is definitely not a simple, watery Pinot Noir one normally encounters. Very satisfying, unique mineral structure and well-balanced.
