Author's Collection Dry Premium Saperavi

Tasty. Purple ruby color. Opaque. Dutch cocoa, cigar, blackberry, sour plums, black cherry, some alcohol bite. Not as big as it smells or as other saperavis. Medium bodied. Still does well against pasta and meatballs. Would have again.
