This was a bottle that didn't quite make the cut. It's a lot like eating a bell pepper. And the bell pepper has held up over a few days. I'm enjoying it as I grade. It's leaving a better taste in the mouth than these damn quizzes.

Wow. 16 years young, this is just a terrific wine by Dick Arrowood. Probably just padt peak, this is a classic older CA cab. Still has considerable fruit but also exhibits terrific secondary flavors. Probably can last quite a few more years...but it's hard to resist now. Don't decant: this one is ready to go!
