Earthy cherry nose and palate with good acid. Burgundian in style. Very restrained for an exuberant vintage. Solid but not super exciting. Slightly one dimensional.

Not as good as 2009 but I am very fond of Argyle...this one is not as rich but very enjoyable - got a couple of these...$20 in WA State!

Clear, star bright and pure ruby, medium minus concentration and medium viscosity.
Clean, medium plus intensity aromas of red cherry, raspberry, strawberry, rose, clove, sweet candy.
Dry, medium plus body and medium alcohol, medium minus acidity and medium minus tannin, medium minus finish and medium complexity. This wine is good nose, light and fresh.

I know I have more exploring to do in Oregon, but I have always enjoyed this (and their sparkling wines, too.
