Western Cape Cabernet Sauvignon

Great plum based wine, a little too sweet for me but still a nice blend.

Pretty sweet and heavy alcohol. Great for a consumer friendly wine, and would be loved at a Christmas party! Props nakedwine.com.

Fantastic Mandarin orange (and zest) and strawberry nose, almost tropical. Semi-sweet, super red fruit palate. Low tannins once decanted, and very fluid. Law acidity. Easy to drink without food pairing.

Lighter and less complex than a California Cab. But held up to our steaks just fine. Easy drinker.

Very smooth

Peppery. Very nice with the beef stir fry we had for supper.

Not too heavy and fruity. I don't usually drink Cabernet Sauvignon but I really liked this one. Please aireate this one and wait 10 more minutes to bring out the "fruity".
