Balance in a very saturated way I must say. It explains it well enough that someone from Bordeaux made this Spanish wine and called it 'Antidoto,' as if to cure the over saturated taste buds of the American market. It all makes perfect sense. As if I had a glass of fresh pressed orange juice to drink with my red velvet cake. Unexpected, and highly enjoyable. My diet of pizza seems to be appropriate lately as well.
