52% Syrah, 26% Mourvèdre, 22% Grenache. So, not a GSM, but an SMG. Just delicious. Rich nose has sappy, oozy blackberry infused with smoky embers and crushed stone. A whiff of dark cane syrup. It’s mouthfilling and more linear and lean in the mouth than the nose suggests. Savory and minerally mostly, with dry blackberry extract. Long finish. Really nice.
