Dusty rose petals, leather, tobacco box on the nose. Tannins are still strong and carries the wine into a long finish. Flavors of blackberry, dark chocolate, espresso, sour cherries, graphite. Tastes very European, which I attribute more to age than the original flavor profile. The finish lingers on and on, and loves umami. Fun wine!
