A nice contrast to the ‘17 Right Bank, this left bank blend is rich and supple, with notes of black currant, cassis, cedar, cinnamon, forest floor, and violet. Warm and velvety with sleek acidity. Delicious tannins. I usually prefer the Right Bank, in particular for its QPR. But on this occasion, this left bank shines.
