The 2015 is something of an enigma which is why I love it. Wet straw/hay bale aromas with orange peel, stone fruit and a slight nutty component. But the palate heads straight for honey, marmalade and oily nut butter. Very complex and contrapuntal, still my personal favorite Alvear in the range.
