Wow, wow, wow. Really impressive. All sorts of coiled bitter pithy citrus, torn mint, spent shotgun shells, button mushroom and a little gingery-saffron-marmalade from the botrytis. Raging acid. I mean, woah, is it tart, but a real generosity of texture on the palate keeps things together. A first from this producer for me and absolutely on point for mature Sancerre. Drink now or in the next 3-5.
