I was hopeful on the 2015 Pinot based on how wonderful the 2015 Burgundy I recently had was. The Alto Adige tasted very young, and a bit hot, to my palate. Tight, missing the fruit aromas at opening but improved across the meal. Will likely be much better with some age.
