A lovely pleasant dinner beverage. Started the first bottle with wild sock eye salmon courtesy of Iliama Fish CSA thank you Emily &Chris Nicholson just enough richness to enhance the salmon and set off the butter braised cabbage while acid enough to hold up to the vigor of the dandelion &bacon. Finished the second bottle which lost only a touch of bouquet two days later with seared duck breast and left over veg.
