Initially: Not bad for a red. Lots of flavor, not too tannic. After it sat a bit: weird funk at the end. Much harsher. Don't like anymore.

Lots of rust and dried meat on the nose with a obvious void of tannin and mid-palate. Acidity is a little present what is an otherwise watery palate experience.

I give it an 8 for the price, 6 bucks - not as nuisanced as many other Monastrells I've had but dark fruit, check, tart, check.

2105 Vintage. Earthy and fruity. Good fore and mid taste but a little bitterness on the back end. Forest floor, flint, charcoal, dark cherry. Medium body.

For the price it's the best table wine out there. Great with cured meats, sausages, tomato/pasta, boquerones, bolognese, spicy peppers and much more...

Decent Spanish wine from TJ's. Wouldn't take it to a dinner party but fine on own

Red fruits, spice, earthiness, moderate tannins. A bargain at $7.
