WTF? Over ripe plum, road tar (why would you wanna eat road tar) and heavy menthol or Vicks vapo rub. Year 2002 so the fresh fruit I love in the Riva is long gone. Drank 5/1/16 sad, I love Johns wines but this is too expensive to take a shot at again if this is the intended flavor profile? Not corked, had velvety tannins and still good acid, jut not a pleasing flavor to me.
