Beautiful stone fruit with notes of ginger, white flowers and unsweetened honey. Well integrated and gives an nice concentration of flavor.

I like a good Viognier every now and then to get away from the usual suspects when it comes to white wines. The crisp citrus flavor balanced with notes of honeysuckle make this a very refreshing wine on its own, or paired with fatty raw fish like salmon or toro sashimi.
