2007 vintage. At Boca di Lupo. Medium lemon hue. Heavy patisserie, slight oxidative notes, ripe stone fruits and lemon peel, some nutty notes. Wow. On the palate, dry, medium plus fresh acidity, medium body, lemon curd rich and deep concentration of flavour. Fairly long finish. Reminds me of NV Selosse Substance. Drink now until 2023.

Wow, one of best champagnes I have had. 2008, tense, vibrant, complex. Wish I had more.

Precision, personified! This is a surgical instrument, not wine.

Very soft, minerals with soft lemon. The minerals are focused but there is wide mouthfeel from the lees. Very long length

Venus was the name of the horse that plowed the vineyard. Disgorged 10/10. Very minerally. One of three bottles with a bague carre and agrafe for secondary fermentation with cork. Kinda cool.
