Eminence Sylvaner

This Sylvaner is grown in the Zinnkoepfle Grand Cru (but is called “Eminence” because Sylvaner is not an Alsatian noble grape), fat and ripe, but shows underlying minerality and acidity, really just a lovely drink!!

Absolutely terrific and complex Sylvaner from Grand Cru vineyard fruit, rich, complex, moderately sweet fruit on the palate, finishes with great acidity that cleans up the finish, excellent!!

Very mineral aromas up front, refined and quite deep flavors, medium-long finish, this is honestly an outstanding Sylvaner!!
