A bit of cab franc fine herbs tobacco spice currant and dark plum. A well balanced wine very drinkable with that tobacco aspice and herbs all the way to the end. Very good +

If you're not familiar with Adams Bench, you should be.

This bottle specifically needed a lot of air time. Decanted briefly before pouring, I left it in the glass and swirled often for about 10 minutes before the wine opened up. Unfiltered, there was quite a bit of sediment in the bottle, decanter, and the glass. Paired very well with the short ribs and braised pork on the table.
