Very full and rich wine. Long aftertaste. Feels like a gulp has to be chewed. Very mellow though but a hint of Shiraz fire in the background. You will love this with steak and such. Even without food. Good value for £10 even.

What a gloriously fun big wine for a bbq. Not a “nice” wine, but it isn’t amped up into oblivion. A little backend candied fruit at the end that reminded me of good zin.
