Top Notes For
"Odedi"

Purple in color with a short purple rim.

Strong nose with light violets, black currants, plums, licorice, light barnyard, tobacco leaf, herbs and peppercorn.

Full-bodied with medium acidity and long legs.

Dry on the palate with black currants, black plums, black cherries, green vegetables, herbs and peppercorn.

Medium plus in length on the finish with fine grained tannins and tangy cherries.

This is a very tasty Syrah from Walla Walla Valley. Elegant and nicely balanced.

Drinks like a new world Syrah with a Cabernet Franc touch, and very true to the Terroir.

Good right out of the bottle, and better with airtime. Will continue to age nicely in the next 10 years. Will be nice to revisit it in 5 years and see how it evolves.

100% Syrah grapes were aged for 21 months in (50% new) French oak barrels.

14.5% alcohol by volume.

91 points.
