Medium gold color - looks rather advanced for its age but smells and tastes divine. Pronounced aromas of bruised apple, lime, lemon, honey, peach, wet stone, acacia, dried apricot and petrol. While marked “trocken” with no indication of ripeness Level there is a hint of botrytis on the nose and the wine at 12%abv is off-dry giving every indication it was at auslese Level when picked. Flavors of honey, peach, lime, lime blossom, acacia, ripe apple, flint with a wonderfully long finish.
