A virtual wine tasting with #wentevineyards wines - sparkling, white blend, and pinot noir rosé paired with crab cakes and a red pepper aioli, endives with crème fraiche, chives, and caprese salad. Delish!!! Will add more notes 📝 later.

Wente Brut sparkling wine, is 💯 Chardonnay, made using the Methode Champenoise, had bright citrus, green apple 🍏 notes with sourdough, blanched almonds, white flowers. Vintage 2017, released November 2019. ABV 12%.

Wente Artisan White, blending 40% Malvasia Bianca, 40% Orange Muscat, 20% Sauvignon Blanc, beautifully perfumed on the nose, stargazer lily, lilac, dried white rose, organge flower, mandarin 🍊 grapefruit, nice acidity and balance on the palate. Vintage 2018. ABV 14.2%.
