Big, bold #jumilla#monsastrell blend that opens with a flood of vanilla in your mouth, unbalanced after uncorking. Give it a day and it settles down nicely and the tartness comes up and the vanilla eases off somewhat. There are some peppery notes in the finish but actually I’d want to taste more.
