Jeff and I had this wine at Nautilus seafood restaurant in Swords, an upscale community outside of Dublin. We enjoyed a beautiful view of the ships in the harbor while dining on some incredible food. This wine has so much going on in it. From overwhelming aromas of cherry, mint, coffee, raspberries and currant. On the palate this wine is full of tart fruit with very balanced tannins. This wine is a full bodied wine with a long lingering finish and it warms the belly, but it is so well rounded that it goes down very easily.
