With a fresh, herbal nose, and flavors of lemon grass and dill, this GrüV has a touch of starfruit and grapefruit, with a pinch of pepper. It was waxy on the lips, which cut through the bite that can make some Grüners sharp around the edges. The mouthfeel was quilted down, light and bright like fresh laundry hung dry on the line.
