Until 10 minutes ago I had no idea there was domestic (US) sake production. This is super creamy and rich - more so than any other nigori I have had. If you are in to that buy this bottle! — 10 years ago
"Cabin in the snow" medium body creamy. Flower explosion as soon as we opened the bottle and the nose stayed for the entire meal of Hokkaido scallop, amaebi, hiramasa and steamed flower crab. (+1) — 10 years ago
Very unique nigori that tastes just like strawberries. Wouldn't recommend too much as its really sweet but perfect for a refreshing summer day/dessert — 10 years ago

Cabin in the snow... Gorgeous. Yuki No Bosha, as I learn, has become a producer that makes outstanding Saki that is still friendly to my wallet. — 12 years ago

I’ve been excited to try this one all week! The snow maiden is everything you want in a cloudy sake—smooth, savory, and drinkable. Paired with Teriyaki salmon on a bed of basmati rice. — 8 years ago
