Not too sweet. Has a decent weight and fullness. But some how not too dry. Yum — 5 years ago
Pretty good taste, not too strong - great for my first scan! — 6 years ago
Interesting refreshing Chardonnay, less of the typical - sometimes overwhelming - tropical fruits. But more white fruit (melon), a bit more acidity and a subtle hint of oak. Easy to drink but also interesting for those who appreciate more complexity. — 7 years ago
This is delicious! Great balance, bright, citrus really great #saison. Can't wait to try with dinner. — 9 years ago
CFE '93 from Magnum is a huge wine. Lovely varnished birch-wood yellow with good bite in the legs; decanted 20 minutes before serving to allow the initial paraffin-like fumes to dissipate - revealing golden apple compote with hints of dandelion, Chinese gooseberries, and a touch of rained-on granite. Acidity tailing off a bit but still bringing it all together nicely. — 9 years ago
2002 Raveneau Montee Tonnerre. Floral; elegant; rich; balanced nose and palate. Rich and lovely citrus and yellow grapefruit. Better than the 2000 Raveneau Montee Tonnerre. — 10 years ago
Keeps getting better and better with more age. Toasty yellow fruit and powerful. — 11 years ago
Very fruity and sweet. Red berries are stronger than chocolate notes, but a perfect red for a warm evening. — 5 years ago

If you want to drink something sweet that nearly doesn't taste like alcohol, this one is for you. The fizz also adds a dimension that got me. Can easily be a staple! — 8 years ago
Excellent value for money. Balanced and deep without being too overpowering. — 9 years ago
Slight after taste but very satisfactory! — 9 years ago
First time I see anything from them in Boston.A decent Saison, with raisins and faint cloves overtones on top of hay and grass. I hope the rest of their stuff is significantly better — 10 years ago
Not as smooth as I thought it would be. Slightly medicinal taste. It's not a bad taste, just might not buy it again. — 12 years ago

Our friends deck coming along nicely. The kitchen bar & lighting is in.
Tastes really good tonight. Showing more of the right kind of oxidative notes I enjoy.
Golden & green apple, braised pear, overripe pineapple, lemon, lime juice, nougat, some apple cider, vanillin, yeast, bread dough & crust, sea fossils, grey volcanics, limestone, white spice, gentle, powdery chalkiness, micro oxygenation, excellent with spring flowers, yellow flowers & withering white lilies. Excellent acidity. The finish is rush, smartly balanced, elegant and persistent. — 5 years ago
