Pink peridot clarity. Star bright initially, turning day bright only on the dregs. Smoky blood orange and roses nose, almost Valtellina-esque in its smoky, volcanic delicacy. Smell of raw beef prevails against an underripe strawberry edge that never relinquishes its minerally, and sour blood orange core! Deceptively delicate, yet ready to hold its own wrassling rare beef!
