Very light and easy on the palate. Unexpected burst of unknown flavors. Sweet and crisp. — 11 years ago
Beam me forward 10 yrs pls so I can enjoy this with some cellar time. Dark tarry fruit with lively acidity and fine strong tannins that drive a long dry finish. 6 hour decant and it was only just opening up. Next day was at its best. — 9 years ago

1988 Alsace with everything you would expect, matured and intricate bruised fruit notes with an intoxicating and lingering Grasp on your mind and palate. — 10 years ago
Wow- nice Burgundian bouquet. Little bit modern. Paired well with the duck. Nice suggestion from the Somm. — 10 years ago
As always a great wine from Albert Mann, Alsace. Sweet, exotic, honey......Lovely for dessert as well to Fois Gras. — 10 years ago
Seriously, the best Pinot out of Alsace. Stick it in a blind tasting and I bet most Somms would think it was from Rully! — 11 years ago
