Nuts, dried fruit, little burn. Finish lingers. — 5 years ago
Takes its name from the free-spirited gentleman named Bruscone who lived in the woods of the Barbi Estate. Enticing Ruby with sweet red berry aromas and earthy notes. On the palate cherry, licorice and sweet plum showing nicely. Fine tannins, well balanced on lingering finish ending with earthy herb tones. Needs decanting or cellar aging. Very nice! — 6 years ago
A near perfect rosé at a great price. I prefer this soft fruit tempered by a light floral note all properly and proportionately positioned against a mineral intensive rocky bottom as swift waters twist and turn their way downstream leaving one's palate clean and refreshed but laced with the memory of the moment😎🌀 - buy the magnum at my favorite local Morehead City, NC hang - Promise Land Market (thx sweet Janeen and Daniel for spinning some crazy sweet tunage!)! Lovely Syrah ($20) with rack of lamb, fruity, earthy delicious — 4 years ago
Mostly deep and dark, with some dried red fruit and savory smokiness showing through. Peppery and some bitterness at the end. Delicious. Went really well with filet mignon in shallot-caper vinaigrette and roasted cauliflower, asparagus, and chorizo. Good for an overcast or rainy evening ☁️ 75% old stones Syrah, 25% Olsen Grenache — 5 years ago

This 2017 is back on track with goodness! Great aroma, juicy fruity well balanced full palate experience. Long finish. Just as good 3 days later as on opening. — 5 years ago
Smells of fruit grown in gravel.
Loud blueberries, cran Pom grape good, clean, smooth, mouthfeel and wonderfully light heft. A whole lot bouncing around in this wine. The acid oak balance is strikingly harmonious.
Lingering blue fruit skin. A good one to watch the latest GOT with.

Still needing time, it does reveal potential. Cassis, sage, dust/graphite. Bright acidity and full tannin. I'd prefer it again in 5 years. — 9 years ago

Classic Margaret River at a great price. Tropical and light herbaceous flavours. Elegant in its early life, well balanced and terrific drinking. Bottled not long ago so it's super fresh. — 10 years ago
