'Orange' wine made from Friuli's autochthonous Ribolla Gialla grapes, fermented with the skins in open wooden casks: oak and ripe yellow fruit in the nose, juicy mouth feel, lots of character, very well managed power, this 2009 vintage will keep for another decade. — 12 years ago
Slightly wooden smell. Dry as Alentejo region! Tastes like it - lots of sun and very dry land... Goes very well with a beautiful sunset. — 12 years ago
Complex and not too sweet. Citrus and floral flavors. Delicious! — 10 years ago
2011. Fizzy, acceptable as a still vinho verde. Wooden cork, already showing veggie n hints of nut aroma. Frizzante at tongue tip, mild, fell short. I do enjoy aged vinho verde and this shows all it can offer. Buy. — 11 years ago
