Fairly light but good minerals and very good value for money — 5 years ago
Buttery and fruity, tastes much higher grade than the price point. — 7 years ago
Soooo good — 9 years ago
Has the grassy grapefruit you would expect from a NZ SB but it's complimented greatly with the taste of a sweeter stone fruit like guava. Grade A 10/10 would buy again. — 9 years ago
Lovely purity and finesse for Bourgogne grade Chardonnay that more than makes up for a lack of intensity or complexity, which you don't expect for Bourgogne anyways. No doubt top producers will outshine their neighbors at lower appellation levels. — 9 years ago
Rusty Ruby with thin legs
Cherry nose
Thick rich port
Trace tannin

Bottle 8 of 60! — 9 years ago
Nice full bodied cab. Ripe cherries and blackberries on the nose with just a hint of oak. A bit astringent on the taste, but overall very nice with red meat. — 7 years ago
Big, bold and a beautiful wine. Almost ink grade very dark purple, lots of dark fruit, chocolate, tobacco, leather. Rich and smooth finish, great wine! — 8 years ago

Enjoyed this with a black pepper-encrusted gold-grade Waygu filet mignon from Snake River Farms. Both were amazing! — 5 years ago
