I thought is was a nice crisp citrus with good body and acidity. It actually held up well with a pork chop and sauerkraut. — 4 years ago

The Boy Who Cried Wolf (Equinox Edition 1) Chardonnay 2012

Almost a 91. But a bit short. Peaches and dried nuts. A little on the viscous side and to be honest with you I really didn't know what to expect. Leaner towards the finish. If I saw this on a discount for $40, I'd buy a couple of bottles. Rearding longevity, I just don't think this one is getting any better in the bottle, so might as well drink it now. — 5 years ago

Another wine that seems to be in “drink now” mode. A touch sulfuric on the nose. Very savory with sea salt, popcorn kernel, and only the faintest note of Meyer lemon. Herbal, sea salt butter, and butterscotch. Unique.

A bit broader & fuller, coming from heavier clay soils. Nice round mouthfeel with a mineral streak of green lemons piercing through. Nice balance and drinking beautifully right now. — 5 years ago

Dry Riesling 2015

A little spritzy when first opened (and a bit too cold), but lovely concentrated fruit aromas and palate. Zingy acid. Lovely stuff. Getting better as it warms a little and opens up. Yum. — 7 years ago
