Fabulous buttery oaky finish. We enjoyed a 2019 fist which was richer than the 2021 reserve — a year ago
First time having this one, I’d buy it again.

Winemaker Anthony Yount produced a stellar set of wines in 2018, all of which exhibit the vibrant fruit character that marks the vintage. Once again, I was impressed by the all-Carignan Sacred Burro bottling, which shows the potential of this still-obscure variety in Paso Robles, both as a blending grape and for a stand-alone varietal bottling. While more and more wineries have begun to include it in their plantings and the resulting wines, nobody yet is doing it as consistently well as Denner. — 3 years ago
Extremely refreshing and easy to drink. Dry. — 7 years ago
Strong nose. Lemon and grapefruit. Mineral notes. A purpose built wine that complements beach breezes on warm late fall days. Best not served in Vegas under social ambush. — 9 years ago

A GSM blend from Cris Cherry at Villa Creek, this is what I would call one of his entry-level wines. Doesn’t possess the depth or complexity of some of his other cuvees like High Road or Avenger, but is still really enjoyable and a great value. — 5 years ago
Elk Cove’s sparkling isn’t produced every year, but when it is it’s a stunning sparkler! This vintage doesn’t disappoint. Lovely mousse, strawberries on the nose and delicate toast and berries with lychee in the palate. It is simply delicious. Glad I have another! — 7 years ago
Very powerful on nose and palate when first opened but mellows out. Very herbal on the nose. — 8 years ago
Really pretty. Another of those strong female wines I like 😉. — 9 years ago
Blueberries, dried plums and notes of smoke on the nose. Dark fruit, nicely tannic, some dust. — 9 years ago
Light to medium bodied. Anise and blackberry. — 10 years ago
Oregon Pinot Camp treat! — 10 years ago
Mount Richmond Vineyard sits on Willakenzie soils in the heart of the Yamhill Carlton AVA. Ruby with aromas of red and black fruits and spice. On the palate flavors of sour cherry and raspberry flavors with earthy tones. Full-bodied, fine tannins, balanced, medium finish ending with big earthy spice notes. — 2 years ago
Black cherry and ripe flavors of other red fruits, for me cranberry and strawberry. Delicious but not quite as elegant as I enjoyed in the 2017 vintage — 5 years ago
Floral, strawberries, blueberries, dried black fruits, oak, olive, black pepper, fragrant. Smoked meat, mocha, earthy. Full bodied, medium tannins, med+ acidity. Long finish. Wow. 6 years is indeed the ready to drink time. — 5 years ago
Full bodied, earthy pinot. Tart and crisp with and round and buttery finish. Fantastic. — 7 years ago
2014 tasty!!!! — 8 years ago
Great wine with roasted chicken. On the sweeter side of most Oregon Pinot Gris, enough acidity to hold up. Well made, love it for the money! — 9 years ago
Big but with an elegance, would love to see it in 5 years — 10 years ago
