Excellent primitivo. 5£ a glass at Fernandez & Wells — 11 years ago

Amazing. Still astounded to realize it's not all about the bottle marketing. Good things come in these little skulls. $16 (50ml) / 92pts Youngs Market — 12 years ago
Sure doesn't taste like a gimmick!?! $13 (50ml) / 88pts Youngs Market — 12 years ago

Lovely..... Wells is a master at his craft.... — 11 years ago
Out of magnum. Extremely balanced red fruit with acid and tannin to let this one age quite awhile. Can't want to taste this again in 10 years. Wells and Mike have done a helluva job on this one. Complex but very approachable. — 11 years ago
Very tasty, in the random tunbridge wells — 11 years ago

This makes for killer Pisco sours and a one off mojito. $NA / 89pts Youngs Market — 12 years ago
Incredibly smooth. Much more peety than smoky, but could still taste the oak. Pleasant. $NA / 91pts Youngs Market — 12 years ago
Fruity, low carbonation, mostly sweet with a bit of bitter — 13 years ago
Similar taste to Chateau st Michelle Indian wells. That's a better value. This one costs $23 but the exact kind of profile I like for my whites. — 11 years ago
One of the few Merlots I can drink at any time and don't have to be in the mood for. Fragrant, smooth, almost silky. — 11 years ago
Try a Black Banana, Guinness and this beer as a Black and Tan. It will blow your mind! — 11 years ago
Patricia and Walter Wells + Yves Gras = deliciousness. — 12 years ago

Most people associate Charles Smith with a high octane style, but this was only 13.5% abv, completely balanced and fantastic. — 11 years ago
