There’s some indescribable savory thing going on that’s just bloody awesome. Lovely internal aromatics. Savory finish with a brisk acidic zing. Wow. Ofcourse way too young, needs probably another 5 years in the cellar but I absolutely enjoy this youthfulness aswell with already great balance of sweetness and acidity with loads of fresh stone fruit and citrus flavours and a lot of floral notes.
