Mostly deep and dark, with some dried red fruit and savory smokiness showing through. Peppery and some bitterness at the end. Delicious. Went really well with filet mignon in shallot-caper vinaigrette and roasted cauliflower, asparagus, and chorizo. Soft and robust. This smooth wine is delicious on the palate and waters the mouth. — 9 years ago
Long Island in a bottle. Heavy berry notes with slight hints of coffee and tobacco on the back end. A must try! — 9 years ago
Six dreams, six friends, six stories and a shared legacy. This wine does not disappoint. It's everything you want in an Argentinian Malbec. My mouth waters just writing the review, big bold flavors that knock your socks off! A must try! — 9 years ago
Crisp acidity and nice fruit that pairs perfectly with spicy food. — 4 years ago
Crisp and light and sweet, like a picnic in a bottle. Peaches for sure, very floral and fruity. — 6 years ago
Smells of fruit grown in gravel.
Loud blueberries, cran Pom grape good, clean, smooth, mouthfeel and wonderfully light heft. A whole lot bouncing around in this wine. The acid oak balance is strikingly harmonious.
Lingering blue fruit skin. A good one to watch the latest GOT with.

Love this Syrah. Nice long finish on this one. Young but still fairly smooth. — 8 years ago
Damn it's good. — 9 years ago
Still needing time, it does reveal potential. Cassis, sage, dust/graphite. Bright acidity and full tannin. I'd prefer it again in 5 years. — 9 years ago
Stylistically so different from the 18. On the nose: lovely lime and lemon oil, loads of slate and crushed rock, amazing intensity, which is all similar to18, but on the palate, this couldn't be more different. This has a regal richness: almost oily and dense up front, in contrast to the very linear 18...then the acidity kicks in to round this out....the mouth waters, filling with lime, soft smoky notes and wet stone. Excellent, not sure which of the 18 and 19 I prefer now. — 4 years ago
Off dry Riesling with a slight oaky taste. Pleasant local wine. — 6 years ago
Dry and crisp, full bodied, perfect level of sweetness. Best rose I've had in a long while — 7 years ago
Dipping my toes in the white Burg waters as the rain falls in Honolulu. Solid afternoon sipper, crisp ripe green apple, micro-hint of butterscotch, nice round mouth feel, pleasing acidity. I know it's an entry level Burg, however I can get used to this. — 8 years ago
