Bright dark yet light and vibrant red fruits. Spice. Very fresh. Juicy and tangy with excellent balance and freshness. A little spritz to start but that blows off after 20 minutes. Terrific length. Such a unique wine. 100% Regent. — 9 years ago

@Lyle Fass figured the SO2 was the concern. Gotta add some for the shipment overseas. For a cider I make I'd add at least 40 ppm for overseas shipment to stabilize it
