Tasted at Wally's Andy Erickson event. Fantastic wine by its own merit. All the better that the wine maker is an extra cool, down to earth guy. Big fan. — 9 years ago
2007. Racy acidity and gripping tannins. Cranberry and blackberry. Darker than a typical Etna rosso. $30 from Wally's Wine, Los Angeles. — 9 years ago
Had the 2012 (can only find the 2012 magnum on Wally's Wine and Spirits Website, and well worth it as it's above and beyond the '13) on our honeymoon in Kauai at the St Regis Kauai Grill. Wonderful wine that barely needs need to breathe and can be pretty much paired with anything. — 10 years ago
The nose is amazing best of the day, licorice and white pepper, combine over the brimming cassis, and other black fruits. Balance is great lovely acidity to compliment the depth of flavor — 10 years ago
Very good. Full body smooth. Delectable chocolate bouquet. Great legs. Gormet Hut St. Augustine Florida. — 10 years ago
truly enjoyed the pizza hut at my own home with my best friend in the world — 10 years ago
50/50 Gary's & Pisoni vineyards. Glad it was an 09. Big style, but very balanced. 14.4 alc, but before you knee jerk low alc hippies go nutty, try this Santa Lucia Cadillac. Gary at Wally's picked a winner. — 11 years ago
Great flavour and bargain from Central Otago NZ — 12 years ago
2009 Sheridan Cab Franc
I liked this. Great fruint and concentration. Drinking it now it is clearly a little early. This will be better in a few years. Great stuff hut a little rough around the edges. If another 5 years calms it down and adds some grace it will be killer stuff. — 9 years ago
2011. Tight and tannic at first, needed 2-3 hour decant to show its true colors. Very subtle aromas of red fruit and cut grass. High-toned acidity, smooth mouthfeel. Classic etna. $55 from Wally's Wine, Los Angeles. — 9 years ago
Got lots of ginger spice, mineral, dark ripe fruit, earthy forest floor and herbs. Nice acidity and tannins. Noms. $18.99 from Wally's Wine Club. — 10 years ago
From Wally's. Lingering warmth and delicious finish. Would recommend for a starter Barolo. Makes home cooked meal that much better. — 10 years ago

Jam, raspberry, chocolate, and vanilla. Aged in American and French oak. A little mineral. Wine hut. — 11 years ago
Delicious wine! Very good on its own for sipping. Similar to Oyster Bay but I slightly prefer this. New to the LCBO. $18.95 a bottle. — 12 years ago
Discovered at Wally's tasting last week. Really nice structure. A little oxidized with good acidity. 4g/L dosage. Great value for money — 9 years ago
Drinking it on a hut on the beach definitely makes it taste better. Amazing champagne — 9 years ago

This '88 was the hut of the night. Tasting much more youthful than its age. — 10 years ago
Crazy deal at Wally's. Great. Concentrated, lively, rich, elegant. — 10 years ago
Cinnamon and I decided to stay with the chalk theme to go with out haul from the Carmel Cheese Shop and our fresh-from-Castroville Thistle Hut artichokes. This en Rama bottling was fantastic, close to Amontillado richness and complexity, but all Fino refreshment! — 10 years ago

This could use some more time, but it's nice. And big. — 11 years ago
A cheeky Gruner from Marlborough. Looks like GV, tastes like GV, must be GV! — 12 years ago
