Delicious. Much better than last year's Christmas Bomb release. — 11 years ago
Slightly bitter Bret intermingled with slightly tropical hop flavors. Not too big or overpowering, either. A nice balance is achieved in this medium-bodied brew. Well done. — 11 years ago
Super oak and licorice on the nose. It almost gets in the way. Good wine. — 11 years ago
Very unique. You won't find this in your average wine store. — 11 years ago
Crazy nose. And I love it — 11 years ago
Very pretty nose with some expressive ripe green & tropical fruit. Balanced palate apple and lime fruits — 12 years ago

Thoroughly enjoyed. — 10 years ago
Surprisingly very tasty - easy drinking and not overly vanilla. — 11 years ago
Cloudy as pulp-filled orange juice, but Amber and a cappuccino-foam pompadour of hoary heavenliness. Smells like lemon-artichoke, the weight room, day-old beer, octopus breath, and Camembert. Sour apricot, bing cherry, lemon curd, clotted cream, grapefruit, citrus sourdough, sage, calcium and Chardonnay grapes. Unfiltered goodness that builds strong teeth and bones! — 11 years ago

Sweet, but not too sweet for me. A bit pricey though. Alc 12.5%. My favorite Oklahoma wine! — 10 years ago
Bright and tart with stone fruit and acidity. Prairie rocks! — 10 years ago
This on has been in bottle for a year or so. Big, toffee-colored thick head with a nice, tight, frothy head. At 10% ABV it has held up well in the bottle. Up front is a definite note of baker's chocolate chocolate and coffee. Notes from the wine barrel are muted, but more present on the finish. Rich and thick body, this one has certainly aged gracefully and to my memory has improved greatly since its initial release. Delicious. — 11 years ago
Saison sour farmhouse ale: dried cherry, bret, and balanced. Feel like this was very balanced. — 11 years ago
Definitely on the malty side, hazy amber color and refreshing palate. Also love that it comes in at 4.4% ABV — 11 years ago
Light yellow in the glass. Very tart right off the bat with a bitter citrus note front and center. Well done but not overdone. — 11 years ago
Only my second Prairie ale. — 12 years ago
