Fruity and a bit more complex after it has had time to open up. — 9 years ago
Smokey velvet, blackberry, plums... nice long finish. Happy birthday to me :) — 9 years ago
Gotta love Ravenswood wines! Not a big zin fan but this is good. Not to dry either — 10 years ago
I drank this at their open house, and at the time I thought it was one of the best 2011's we tasted. This is another example of a wine that will have the "experts" pondering the 2011 vintage. This may be similar to a 2003 for selected wineries. I'll go on the record that I like it - a lot. — 10 years ago
Very good table wine blend for around $10 — 11 years ago

Very nice complement to a cigar — 7 years ago
Love this wine! Great value, plenty of fruit. Very easy to enjoy. — 7 years ago
Big fruit body and flavor. Cherry, blueberry, blackberry, chocolate, maybe a touch cinnamon and barrel aroma. Cherry, dark berry, spiced punch flavor but a light acidity to liven it up. Oaky tannin rounds out the flavor very well. Not sure it pairs with beef burgundy but it's great by itself. — 8 years ago
Very easy to drink, kinda cheap tasting tho maybe? — 9 years ago
One of my favorite blends! Easy to drink! — 10 years ago
Delicious..opened up 2013 as couldn't wait! Also bought after barrel tasting. Also have other bottles saved which I'm glad as think it needs another year or 2 to be perfected. — 10 years ago
High alcohol content. It has a nice little spice to it. — 10 years ago
In Bordeaux, quality Sauternes is often referred to as Liquid Gold. In Washington this is Liquid d'Orr. — 11 years ago
The 2010 Vine Hill Chardonnay is golden yellow in color it has a restrained aroma of green pears some citrus small hint of vanilla but overall the aromatics are fairly tight still even with the wine's age. This is probably a tribute to the wines good storage. The acid is a bit softer and more integrated into the wine with the 2010. It is more ready than the 2009 or 2008 on the palate. The finish is of ripe pears ripe lemons, lemon pie and a hint of vanilla and wood shows a bit in the end. Great length. — 11 years ago
Dry. A very different varietal that is fun to play with. — 12 years ago
Mr Jonathan Steeves critique nailed it. Really like this one. Can’t beat the price either. Didn’t catch the bubble gum until I read his tasting notes. Took me back to my high school girlfriend’s lipgloss. This is just as satisfying. — 7 years ago
My first Zinfandel experience. Fruit forward and heady alcohol hit. Balanced tannin and acidity with just a hint of sweetness. Fun to drink! — 8 years ago
One of my favorite Zins. Juicy Fruit, but not a fruit bomb. Has baking spice on the back end. Very smooth and not as "in your face" as most Zins. A hint of anise but not to alcohol-ly". Would recommend as a light Zin — 9 years ago
I'll admit that I did buy it for the cute label. It turned out to be a delicious wine. Not too heavy like a lot of Zins. Will definitely buy again. — 9 years ago
One of my favorite go-to wines from Trader Joe's. Surprisingly delicious for a low cost. — 10 years ago
I'm not sure how @Hardy Wallace gets so much flavor and complexity packed into something that is as light and graceful as this. Cranberry, rhubarb, rocks, earth and mushroom. Orange zest. Smoked meat. I need too figure out how to not drink these for a while, to see what they become. — 11 years ago
Made from the juice of only the finest, ripest llamas. Great care was obviously taken when squeezing these llamas to preserve the fresh llama aroma and flavor. — 11 years ago
for those classy moments. you need to remind yourself to feel classy, or just plug and chug — 12 years ago
