Radovan obviously makes excellent wines. After refosco, which was a really pleasent surprise, I’ve tried this CS, which is even better. A typical fruit forward relatively young cab, with some herbal notes and oak. Medium aftertaste. Made in Istria, but with all characteristics of continental climate CS. — 8 years ago

Dense and almost candied. Magnum needed time to open but after a few hours it showed beautiful candied stone fruit and herbaceous notes. Probably could have kept it for another decade but the occasion called for something unique. — 9 years ago

Much more enjoyable than the 2016. Deep ruby color. Black pepper, tar and late-season lilac on the nose. Medium-body but layered flavor with granite, vanilla, crushed red pepper and old boot leather...kind of a salty finish. First Croatian wine. Saw this and even at $37 had to try. Well worse the money. Young and needs a decant or a nice grilled steak.
Pnp. Very aromatic right off the bat. Black cherry, Forest floor, mushrooms, and a touch of green pepper. Highly recommend giving this a chance especially if you are a fan of other old world wines. — 7 years ago

Dry, bare, straight-forward... bold and with an additude. Teran’s acidity hits on front, but then all it’s flavours take over, with just a twist of bitterness. Lots of small bubbles. Cleans your palates and makes you want more. There’s nothing better to start the meal (the day, the evening, whatever...) than with bubbles like this? Just love it. — 8 years ago
