Dry, bare, straight-forward... bold and with an additude. Teran’s acidity hits on front, but then all it’s flavours take over, with just a twist of bitterness. Lots of small bubbles. Radovan obviously makes excellent wines. After refosco, which was a really pleasent surprise, I’ve tried this CS, which is even better. A typical fruit forward relatively young cab, with some herbal notes and oak. Medium aftertaste. Made in Istria, but with all characteristics of continental climate CS. — 9 years ago
