Très bonne surprise dans la cave, servi frais avec du foie gras. — 10 years ago
1st off surprised at the complex nose. Petrol, subtle oak and aged.cheddar cheese. Some subtle herbs as well. Mouth feel is rather viscous. A touch of apples being sautéed in butter with a hint of dill. Sounds strange but it works. Has potential to hang on for a couple more years. — 10 years ago
Paired with some donuts from talula's table. Moore's. $22 — 11 years ago

Made from arrufiac, petit corbu and manseng. Drank it with a terrine of citrusfruit and white chocolatemousse. Wow! The wine rises above its classification, really wonderfull. — 12 years ago
Tastes like freshly cut apples prepared with cinnamon and sugar for pie baking, but BEFORE the pie is baked, and you sneak a slice of Apple that is coated in sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. — 12 years ago
It is not Pyrenees as in Spain / France border, rather is same region as other Ten Men - Pyrenees VIC, AU!! — 12 years ago

Awesome acidity all the way through. Tropical fruit, great balance. — 9 years ago
Glue-y nose a bit like an Hermitage blanc, broad palate, still very firm acids-- splendid with a fatty pork chop. Also great with live jazz. — 10 years ago
Great wine to enjoy with friends like I did. Drank a magnum with 15 of my closest friends and a total crowd pleaser. Took some time to open up but after 20 minutes in a decanter paired perfectly with my med rare ribeye at Vic Stewart's. — 11 years ago
One of my Vic faves... — 11 years ago
Not too sweet on the nose, you may not even think this a sweet wine at first but with some time in the glass this gains some sweet grape notes. Palate has some snap to it, sweet but then with some bitter citrus notes. Very interesting bottle! — 12 years ago
Wonderful spicy, fruit and Garrigue that can only be found in the Languedoc. $16 in BC — 12 years ago
Wow...exotic notes for this pacherenc. Pineapple, lime, vanilla, ripe mango. Amazing by it-self, dessert or more traditionally foie gras. — 12 years ago
Et un autre fameux de la cave de B & L pour accompagner la tarte aux prunes et le crumble faits par A. On se regale! — 13 years ago
Looks like chateau d'Yquem. Could drink it all day long- reminiscent of flavor of chateau as well — 9 years ago
Rich and ripe for a vic red. Bit jammy the next day. — 10 years ago
Interesting style from the south west of France. Love the sweet style too. — 11 years ago
Still young, but had truffle and tobacco tastes and a great acidity finish. 2005 vintage. Thanks, Vic. — 11 years ago
