Floral nose, lots of minerality. Amazing wine. Loved the contrast to his. Good enough to just drink without food. — 7 years ago
Bright with good acidity, minerality and honeysuckle...perfect shellfish accompaniment — 7 years ago
Super floral on the nose, with strong notes of lemon peel and river rock. The palate is surprisingly lush/ripe and full bodied for a Vermentino - maybe the 14% ABV talking here. I also get a hint of spearmint and stone fruit in the midpalate. Bracing lively acidity throughout. Long finish for an Italian white. Awesome with goat cheese and a fig/olive tapenade. — 8 years ago
Buttery (yet dry!) goodness calling for poultry. Ti amo. — 9 years ago

Dry but not oaky (fermented in steel). Matched with Bianca pizza from pizza Solario. — 5 years ago
Schioppettino. Rustic, earthy funkiness. Blackberries, citrus pith, white pepper, brambles. Apparently rare in the US, from Fermented Grapes. — 5 years ago
Tastes of apple, cherry, and tobacco blossoms anchor this delightful off dry blend. — 6 years ago
nariz especiada, boca ligera — 7 years ago
The complete vermentino: citrus & tart orchard fruit, underripe white peach, delicately floral, and salty rounded out just right with a little lees aging. — 8 years ago
Thick, dense, heavy, dry fruit. Good, clean, but not terribly versitile. Good that it was a dessert pairing. Will try again. — 8 years ago
Very nice. Fresh and crisp. Light hints of tropical fruits (or is that Juicy Fruit gum?). Light bodied but nice mouth feel. — 9 years ago
