There are many people who are clearly not fans of Chardonnay and they are more then entitled to like whatever it is that they like but there are some people like me whom do appreciate a good Chardonnay.

Most Chardonnays have a bit of sharpness to them and come off flavor wise as slightly tart and somewhat crisp. The tartness is due to the fact that a very small bit of the vine is added in the making of the Chardonnay.

True Wine Connoisseurs and Critiques would know this due to intensive study
on the subject which by the way information wise on Wine Making is readily available on The Web due to the very large exchange of information on Wine Making's Practices, Methods and Techniques as well as there being a huge wealth of knowledge on the growing of wine grapes and the items used in the making process. — 10 years ago
