Refreshingly dry zippy citrus balanced with body from the skin contact. Way too easy to drink. Just the way sparkling should be. Pairs tremendously well with cheese and salty crackers. — 5 years ago
Almost apperativo like, like cocchi americano — 5 years ago
Heavy nose with prune/plum s bit of ETOH with spice. Taste leather tannins with prune plumgrest length and evolution. Tannins a bit rough but over taste is very good. Like now but better in 2+ years — 6 years ago
Ummmmm so good. Fresh fruity and easy...delicious! — 5 years ago
On the nose: a used bookstore with a hint of incense. On the palate: red current and cherries. The lightest tannins and incredibly juicy — 5 years ago

Less sweet than other pet nats I’ve tried which was refreshing — 5 years ago
Barnyard and wet suede, and astringent high notes, on the nose. Sour tropical peels, pith, and unsweetened lime on the palate. Different, and difficult by itself. But sings once paired with salt, brine, and fat. — 5 years ago

Super duper crushable. This wine is the very definition of a summer wine. 100% Falanghina. The color of a sunset, this pours a slightly hazy copper salmon. On the nose it’s white flowers and stone fruit. On the palate, it’s ripened apricots, peach skin, rhubarb and bitters. Finish is lasting. Balanced. Works with simple meals. I truly hope Valentina has nothing to do with her Father’s (allegedly) shitty business practices. A truly compelling quaffer. — 5 years ago
Drank at socially distant sushi picnic with kathleen and Susanna. Juicy and mineral, light alcohol - would go with anything summery. All biodynamic! — 5 years ago
